The company maintains a portfolio exceeding 90,000 stock-keeping units from more than 4,000 suppliers located throughout North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and South America.

The Chefs' Warehouse's product offerings span artisan charcuterie, specialty cheeses, unique oils and vinegars, truffles, caviar, chocolate, pastry products, custom-cut beef and seafood, hormone-free poultry, produce, and broadline staples such as cooking oils, butter, eggs, milk, and flour. The company also operates Allen Brothers, a direct-to-consumer mail and e-commerce platform for center-of-the-plate proteins. The company generated net revenues of approximately 4.1 billion for fiscal year 2025, compared to 1.7 billion in fiscal 2021.

The Chefs' Warehouse operates across 23 primary geographic markets including New York, Washington D.C., Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Miami, Portland, Chicago, Toronto, Vancouver, Seattle, and markets in the Middle East including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, and Oman. The company employs approximately 5,156 full-time employees and operates with a sales force of roughly 1,100 sales and customer service professionals, many possessing formal culinary training or prior industry experience.

The company's competitive advantages include established relationships with leading chefs and culinary institutions, sophisticated logistics and inventory management systems, advanced information technology platforms, and a collaborative, educational sales approach.
