Citizens & Northern Corporation (NASDAQ: CZNC) operates as a community bank holding company with its principal subsidiary being Citizens & Northern Bank, a Pennsylvania state-chartered institution. The company's website is www.cnbankpa.com.
The Corporation provides comprehensive banking services including deposit and loan products for personal and commercial customers, wealth management services through its trust department, and insurance products via its wholly-owned subsidiary C&N Financial Services, LLC. The trust department offers 401(k) plans, retirement planning, estate planning, estate settlements, and asset management services. Through a broker-dealer arrangement, the company also provides mutual funds, annuities, and educational savings accounts.
As of December 31, 2025, Citizens & Northern Corporation operated 35 branch offices strategically located across Pennsylvania and New York. The geographic footprint includes 28 branches in the Northern tier and Northcentral regions of Pennsylvania, one in the Southern tier of New York State, four in Southeastern Pennsylvania (three in Bucks County and one in Chester County), and two in Southcentral Pennsylvania (York and Lancaster). The company maintains a lending office in Elmira, New York. The Corporation employed 460 full-time equivalent employees at year-end 2025.
