The company independently owns, leases, and operates a substantial portfolio of data centers and power assets across the United States, with locations in Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Wyoming, providing a total contracted power capacity of approximately 1,027 megawatts as of September 30, 2025. CleanSpark's bitcoin mining operations represent its principal revenue-generating business activity, with the company contributing computing power to a single mining pool operator in exchange for variable bitcoin rewards. During fiscal year 2025, CleanSpark mined approximately 7,873 bitcoins net of mining pool fees. The company owned approximately 336,544 miners, of which approximately 241,934 were in service, with an average operating energy efficiency of 16.7 watts per terahash and an average miner age of approximately 15 months.
