The organization employs 950 total employees, comprising 917 full-time and 33 part-time staff members.
CNB Bank operates through six distinct banking divisions serving diverse geographic markets and customer segments. The primary CNB Bank franchise operates nineteen full-service branches in Central and North Central Pennsylvania. ERIEBANK, established in 2005, operates fourteen full-service branches across Pennsylvania and Ohio. FCBank operates seven full-service branches in Ohio following the 2013 acquisition of FC Banc Corp. and The Farmers Citizens Bank. BankOnBuffalo operates twelve full-service branches, one mobile branch, and two drive-up offices in New York following the 2020 acquisition of Bank of Akron. Ridge View Bank operates three full-service branches and one loan production office in Southwest Virginia.
