The community bank segment provides a comprehensive range of banking products and services to consumers and small to medium-sized businesses throughout the Puget Sound region in Washington state. This segment operates 14 full-service banking locations, with 12 positioned in Snohomish County where the company maintains the largest community bank deposit market share, and two in neighboring counties. The CCBX segment delivers banking as a service enabling digital financial service providers to offer banking services to their customers, with 28 partner relationships at varying stages as of December 31, 2025.
