Community Trust Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTBI) operates as a bank holding company providing comprehensive financial services through its subsidiaries Community Trust Bank, Inc. and Community Trust and Investment Company. The company's website is www.ctbi.com.

CTBI serves small and mid-sized communities across eastern, northeastern, central, and south central Kentucky, southern West Virginia, and northeastern Tennessee. As of December 31, 2025, the company maintains total consolidated assets of $6.7 billion and total consolidated deposits of $5.7 billion, with shareholders' equity of $856.1 million. Trust assets under management reach $4.1 billion, including an investment portfolio of $1.1 billion.

The company's core business encompasses a wide range of commercial and personal banking services, including accepting deposits, originating secured and unsecured loans to corporations and individuals, providing cash management services, issuing letters of credit, and offering funds transfer services. The lending portfolio includes commercial, construction, mortgage, and personal loans, with lines of credit and asset-based financing options available. Approximately 70 percent of the loan portfolio is secured by real estate, with commercial real estate comprising roughly 42 percent of total loans.
