Since 1985, Comstock has acquired, developed, operated, and sold millions of square feet of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. The company transitioned in 2018 from a capital-intensive homebuilding model to an asset-light, debt-free business focused on recurring fee-based revenue streams. This strategic shift positions Comstock to provide comprehensive real estate services including asset management, property management, development and construction management, leasing and marketing, acquisition and disposition, and design services.
Comstock's managed portfolio comprises 92 operating assets totaling approximately 10 million square feet at full build-out, including 15 commercial assets representing 2.6 million square feet at 87 percent leased, 7 residential assets with over 1,700 units representing 2.0 million square feet at 93 percent leased, 1 hospitality property with 248 keys, 34 parking garages managing approximately 26,000 spaces, and additional security and facility management services across 76 properties.
