With approximately 51,000 associates across 24 countries, Conduent delivers mission-critical solutions spanning commercial, government, and transportation sectors, leveraging cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics to drive client outcomes.

The company organizes its business into three reportable segments. The Commercial segment, representing 49.7% of 2025 revenues at $1,511 million, provides end-to-end business process services across customer experience management, business process as a service, and integrated digital solutions for various industries including financial services, healthcare, and technology. The Government segment, accounting for 30.3% of revenues at $922 million, delivers government healthcare solutions, eligibility and enrollment services, and payment disbursement programs, processing over 454 million Medicaid claims annually and disbursing approximately $80 billion in government benefit payments. The Transportation segment comprises 20.0% of revenues at $609 million, providing toll and fare collection systems, congestion management solutions, and digital payment technologies that process over 14 million tolling transactions daily.
