Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

The funds goal is to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of an index that measures the performance of small U.S. companies based on their fundamental size and weight.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the RAFI Fundamental High Liquidity US Small Index, which selects and weights small U.S. companies by fundamental measures of size—adjusted sales, retained operating cash flow, and dividends plus buybacks—rather than market capitalization. The fund generally invests at least 90% of assets in index constituents, holding them at index weights, though it may deviate from those weights for tax efficiency, liquidity, or to avoid odd-lot purchases. Because the fund may weight individual stocks differently from the index, its performance may diverge from the index's return.
