The company provides potable water production, water treatment infrastructure, and specialized water-related products and services through multiple operating segments. Retail water operations, representing approximately 26 percent of consolidated revenue, produce and supply potable water to residential, commercial, and government customers in the Cayman Islands under an exclusive retail license covering Seven Mile Beach and West Bay areas. Bulk water operations contribute approximately 25 percent of revenue and supply potable water produced through seawater reverse osmosis desalination to government-owned utilities in the Cayman Islands and The Bahamas. Services operations account for approximately 35 percent of revenue and encompass design, construction, and management of water production and treatment infrastructure, along with water-related consulting services. Manufacturing operations represent approximately 14 percent of revenue and involve production of specialized water treatment equipment and systems for commercial, municipal, and industrial applications.
The company operates ten water production plants across its service territories with combined capacity of 27.2 million gallons per day, and manages 97 water treatment plants in the United States with estimated capacity of 78.5 million gallons per day.
