Construction Partners, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROAD) builds and maintains roadways across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas, serving public agencies, commercial and residential developers, and other businesses. Its work spans highways, roads, bridges, airports and development sites, including paving, site development, utility and drainage construction, and infrastructure maintenance. The company also manufactures and sells hot mix asphalt, mines and sells aggregates, and distributes liquid asphalt cement for its own projects and third-party customers. Publicly funded projects and third-party sales represented about 65% of fiscal 2025 revenue, while private work and sales accounted for about 35%; state Department of Transportation projects represented 43.4%. Construction Partners operates through subsidiaries, with activities organized around construction and the production and sale of paving materials rather than separately described reportable segments. Formed in 2007 as a holding company to pursue acquisitions, it completed five acquisitions during fiscal 2025, expanding into Texas and Oklahoma.
