The company operates through a global network serving clients in more than 70 countries, with approximately 9,943 employees and third-party associates as of December 31, 2025. Crawford delivers comprehensive claims management services to insurance carriers, brokers, corporations, and self-insured entities across multiple service lines. The company generated total revenues before reimbursements of $1.266 billion for the year ended December 31, 2025, organized across four reportable segments. North America Loss Adjusting accounts for 24.1 percent of revenues and provides claims management and adjusting services for property and casualty losses in the United States and Canada, including Global Technical Services and Field Operations. International Operations represents 34.6 percent of revenues and delivers claims management services across the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, Asia, and Latin America, including Legal Services in applicable regions. Broadspire comprises 31.8 percent of revenues and operates as a leading third-party administrator providing claims and risk management services, medical management, and technology solutions for workers' compensation, auto, liability, disability, and accident claims. Platform Solutions accounts for 9.5 percent of revenues and provides services through Contractor Connection, Networks including Catastrophe operations, and Subrogation service lines.

The company's competitive advantages include its expansive global network, broad spectrum of integrated service offerings, proprietary technology platforms including KMC OnDemand, and established relationships with major insurance carriers and self-insured entities.
