What CREATIVE REALITIES, INC. does

In the company’s own words

Creative Realities, Inc. (Nasdaq: CREX) is a North American provider of digital signage and media solutions that help enterprises design, deploy, manage, and monetize their digital signage and in-store retail media networks. The company serves market-leading organizations across retail, entertainment and sports venues, restaurants including quick-serve establishments, convenience stores, financial services, automotive, lottery operations, mixed-use developments, and digital out-of-home advertising networks. The company website is www.cri.com.

Creative Realities generates revenue from three primary sources: hardware sales from reselling digital signage equipment from manufacturers such as Samsung and BrightSign; services revenue including hardware system design, installation, content development, content scheduling, network support, and advertising technology services; and recurring subscription licensing revenue from its software-as-a-service platforms. The company's core digital signage platforms include ReflectView, Reflect Xperience, Clarity for menu board solutions, and iShowroomProX for automotive applications. The company also operates AdLogic and CPM+, proprietary advertising technology platforms that deliver approximately fifty million advertisements daily and enable customers to monetize their networks through programmatic advertising channels.

Creative Realities has grown through strategic acquisitions including Reflect Systems in 2022 and Cineplex Digital Media in November 2025, which significantly expanded its Canadian operations and retail media network capabilities. The company differentiates itself through its comprehensive single-vendor approach offering integrated solutions, managed labor pool of field technicians, in-house creative resources, enterprise-scale network management capabilities, market sector expertise, logistics capabilities, and technical support through its Network Operations Center in Louisville. The business model emphasizes scalability with a focus on increasing recurring SaaS revenues as digital signage adoption expands across target vertical markets.
