The company maintains its corporate website at www.cryoportinc.com.
The company delivers its integrated life sciences services and products through two reportable segments: Life Sciences Services, which accounts for 54.8 percent of total revenue, and Life Sciences Products, representing 45.2 percent of revenue. The Life Sciences Services segment encompasses four core solution areas: BioLogistics Solutions providing temperature-controlled transportation for critical biological materials; BioStorage Solutions delivering longer-term storage and value-added services through CryoGene operations; BioServices Solutions offering integrated storage, kitting, fulfillment and manufacturing support; and Cryopreservation Services through the IntegriCell platform for standardized cryopreservation of cellular starting materials. The Life Sciences Products segment includes cryogenic systems manufacturing through MVE Biological Solutions, which designs and manufactures cryogenic freezers, dewars, and transport systems.
Cryoport's integrated platform combines advanced logistics, biostorage, kitting and labeling, clinical sample management, and an industry-leading informatics platform centered on the Cryoportal digital logistics management system. The company operates a Global Supply Chain Center Network across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions, supported by a qualified partner network of transportation providers. As of December 31, 2025, Cryoport supported 760 clinical trials and 20 commercially approved cell and gene therapies.
The company employs 738 team members across its global operations, with 448 located in the Americas, 148 in EMEA, and 142 in APAC. Cryoport serves biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations, contract development and manufacturing organizations, central laboratories, fertility clinics, animal health companies, universities, and research facilities. In 2025, Cryoport completed the divestiture of its CRYOPDP specialty courier business to DHL Supply Chain International Holding B.V., establishing a strategic partnership to enhance capabilities in EMEA and APAC regions.
