Founded in 1968, CSPI develops and markets IT integration solutions, advanced security products, managed IT services, cloud services, purpose-built network adapters, and high-performance cluster computer systems for commercial and defense customers worldwide.
The company operates through two reportable segments. The Technology Solutions segment, comprising the wholly-owned Modcomp, Inc. subsidiary operating in the United States and United Kingdom, generated 97 percent of fiscal 2025 revenue. This segment functions as a value-added reseller of third-party computer hardware and software from vendors including Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Cisco Systems, Palo Alto Networks, Nutanix, Dell EMC, Juniper Networks, and Microsoft. The segment also delivers professional IT consulting services, managed IT services targeting small and mid-sized businesses, and cloud services across vertical markets including automotive, defense, healthcare, education, government, and maritime.

The ARIA Software-Defined Security platform includes ARIA Packet Intelligence, ARIA Advanced Detection and Response, and ARIA Zero Trust PROTECT, marketed to commercial, original equipment manufacturer, and government customers. The Myricom network adapters serve markets requiring high-bandwidth and low-latency applications including packet capture, financial transactions, machine vision, and network security. Legacy Multicomputer products for digital signal processing applications in defense markets continue to generate declining revenue.
