Delek US Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: DK) is an integrated downstream energy company focused on petroleum refining and the transportation, storage and wholesale distribution of crude oil, intermediate products and refined products. Its refining segment operates four Gulf Coast-region refineries in Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana, with combined crude throughput capacity of 302,000 barrels per day as of December 31, 2025. The refineries produce gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, asphalt, liquefied petroleum gas and petrochemical feedstocks for wholesale and branded customers, including oil companies, marketers, distributors and transportation businesses. Its logistics segment provides pipeline, terminal, storage, gathering, gas processing and water disposal and recycling services, serving its refineries and third parties; Delek also holds a 63.3% limited partner interest in publicly traded Delek Logistics Partners. The company’s operations include approximately 1,326 miles of crude oil and refined-products pipelines and 11.3 million barrels of active storage capacity as of year-end 2025.
