Its two reportable segments are IoT Products & Services, which offers embedded and wireless modules, routers, console servers, infrastructure management equipment, device-management platforms and professional services, and IoT Solutions, which provides subscription-based monitoring, task-management and managed network connectivity services. IoT Solutions represents approximately 25% of total revenue. Its offerings serve industries including food service, healthcare, supply chain, banking, retail, gaming and transportation. Products and services are marketed under brands including Digi, Digi XBee, Opengear, SmartSense by Digi, Jolt and Ventus. Digi completed its acquisition of Jolt Software in fiscal 2025, adding task, workforce-management and labeling solutions to SmartSense.
