DocGo combines mobile health services, virtual care management, and ambulance services delivered across all 50 states and the United Kingdom, serving municipalities, hospital networks, health insurance providers, and employers through long-term strategic partnerships.
The company maintains three reportable segments. Mobile Health Services, representing approximately 38 percent of revenues, delivers clinical care directly to patients in their homes and workplaces through a network of over 900 medical clinicians including physician assistants, nurse practitioners, licensed practical nurses, and registered nurses. Services encompass on-site evaluation, diagnostics, triage, treatment, vaccinations, and chronic disease management. Transportation Services, generating approximately 62 percent of revenues, operates under the Ambulnz brand and provides digitally-enabled medical transportation with 582 vehicles in the United States and 288 in the United Kingdom, integrated with major electronic medical record systems. The Corporate segment supports both operating divisions through shared services and technology development.
DocGo has facilitated over 10 million patient interactions since 2015 and estimates its services have prevented over 91,000 unnecessary emergency department visits, saving the U.S. healthcare system an estimated $285 million. The company has been assigned over 1.45 million patients from seven different payors for care gap closure services. As of December 31, 2025, DocGo employed nearly 3,600 full-time and part-time employees, supplemented by approximately 844 contracted healthcare professionals and independent contractors.
