Dolphin Entertainment, Inc. (Nasdaq: DLPN) is a leading independent entertainment marketing and production company operating through a portfolio of specialized subsidiaries that provide strategic marketing, public relations, and content creation services across entertainment and lifestyle verticals. The company's website is www.dolphinentertainment.com.

The company operates through two primary reportable segments: entertainment publicity and marketing, and content production. The entertainment publicity and marketing segment comprises six subsidiary agencies: 42West, which provides film, television, gaming, and entertainment consumer product marketing services; Shore Fire Media, a music industry public relations leader; The Door, specializing in hospitality, lifestyle, and consumer products public relations; Elle Communications, focused on nonprofit and impact-driven organizations; The Digital Dept., offering influencer talent management and brand campaign strategy; and Special Projects Media, a celebrity booking and events agency. These subsidiaries collectively serve major studios, networks, recording artists, celebrity talent, restaurant and hotel brands, and consumer product companies. Notable recent projects include a co-production and distribution agreement for The Blue Angels documentary and a partnership to produce a reboot of the 1986 film Youngblood.

As of March 2026, Dolphin Entertainment employed 271 full-time employees located throughout the United States, with primary offices in Coral Gables, Florida; New York; Los Angeles; and Brooklyn. The company was recognized as the number one public relations firm in the United States by the New York Observer in 2025, reflecting the market reputation and competitive positioning of its subsidiary agencies across their respective entertainment and lifestyle sectors.
