Everett Co-operative Bank, founded in 1890, operates three full-service banking offices located in Everett, Lynnfield, and Woburn, Massachusetts, all situated in the greater Boston metropolitan area within Middlesex and Essex Counties. The bank considers Middlesex, Essex, and Suffolk Counties as its primary deposit market area, with lending activities extending into Norfolk County as well.
The bank's core business consists of accepting deposits from the general public and deploying those funds primarily into real estate lending. As of December 31, 2025, the loan portfolio totaled approximately $1.38 billion and was diversified across multiple property types. The company established the Everett Co-operative Bank Charitable Foundation with $600,000 in cash and 260,000 shares of common stock to support charitable organizations within its community.
