The company provides construction, replacement, repair, and maintenance services across multiple industries including natural gas, petroleum, water distribution, automotive, chemical, and power sectors. The company operates through three reportable segments. Underground Infrastructure Construction, which generated 36.4% of fiscal 2025 revenues, includes water and wastewater pipelines, natural gas distribution and transmission pipelines, corrosion protection services, and horizontal drilling services. Industrial Construction, representing 47.9% of revenues, encompasses electrical, mechanical, HVAC/R, controls, and fire protection services for automotive, chemical, power, and manufacturing facilities. Building Construction, comprising 15.7% of revenues, includes school projects, government building projects, and small bridge construction.
Energy Services operates through multiple subsidiaries including C.J.
