What Erasca, Inc. does

In the company’s own words

Erasca Inc., trading under the ticker symbol ERAS on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, operates as a clinical-stage precision oncology company singularly focused on discovering, developing, and commercializing therapies targeting RAS/MAPK pathway-driven cancers. The company maintains its website at www.erasca.com.

The company's core mission centers on addressing cancers driven by molecular alterations in RAS, the most frequently mutated oncogene, and the MAPK pathway, one of the most frequently altered signaling pathways in cancer. These alterations account for more than five million new patient diagnoses globally each year, with most patients having limited or no targeted therapy options available. Erasca's modality-agnostic pipeline comprises programs aligned with three therapeutic strategies: targeting key upstream and downstream signaling nodes in the RAS/MAPK pathway, targeting RAS directly, and targeting escape routes that emerge in response to treatment.

The company's clinical-stage pipeline includes ERAS-0015, a pan-RAS molecular glue designed to treat patients with RAS-mutated solid tumors, and ERAS-4001, a pan-KRAS inhibitor in development for KRAS-mutated solid tumors. Both programs received FDA clearance for investigational new drug applications in May 2025. Additionally, Erasca is developing ERAS-12, a discovery-stage EGFR D2/D3 biparatopic antibody program for which a lead candidate has been identified. The company believes ERAS-0015 has potential to address approximately 2.7 million patients annually diagnosed with RAS-mutant tumors worldwide, including over 2.2 million patients with KRAS-mutant tumors whom ERAS-4001 could also address.

Erasca employs a dual innovation model combining robust internal development capabilities with a global in-licensing and acquisition strategy. The company in-licensed ERAS-0015 from Guangzhou Joyo Pharmatech Co., Ltd., ERAS-4001 from Medshine Discovery Inc., and acquired the ERAS-12 program from Emerge Life Sciences. The company maintains exclusive worldwide development and commercialization rights to its entire pipeline and intends to commercialize product candidates in the United States while exploring partnerships in selected geographies. Erasca established the Erasca Foundation in May 2021, funded with 1% of its capital stock at the time of its initial public offering, to support community initiatives and social impact programs.
