Everus Construction Group, Inc. (NYSE: ECG) provides specialty construction contracting services across most of the United States through its Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) and Transmission & Distribution (T&D) segments. E&M serves commercial, industrial, institutional, renewables, and service markets, providing electrical and communications wiring, fire suppression, renewable energy infrastructure, mechanical piping, and related services. T&D primarily serves electric and natural gas utilities and transportation customers, building and maintaining overhead and underground electrical, gas, and communications infrastructure; it also provides excavation, substations, emergency restoration, and line-stringing equipment manufacturing, sales, and rentals. In 2025, E&M generated approximately 77% of contract revenues and T&D approximately 23%. The company serves customers including technology companies, utility providers, contractors, and municipalities through 15 operating companies and 19 local brands. Its history dates to 1997 and includes more than 25 acquisitions; it became an independent public company in 2024 after its separation from MDU Resources. Everus reported $3.75 billion in operating revenues for fiscal 2025 and had approximately 9,400 employees at year-end. Its website is www.everus.com.
