The company generates revenue primarily through fees charged to API providers for integrating their services into the Exodus Platform. The platform maintains agreements with approximately 30 API providers offering exchange aggregation, fiat on and off-ramps, and staking services.

Additionally, in November 2025, the company entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire W3C Corp. and its subsidiaries, including Monavate and Baanx, for approximately $175 million in cash. This acquisition is expected to close in 2026 and will enable Exodus to offer on-chain payments and non-custodial cards, positioning the company as one of the few self-custodial wallets controlling end-to-end payment experiences.
The company operates as a remote-first organization with international subsidiaries including Proper Trust AG in Switzerland, XO Italia S.R.L., Osmium entities across Europe and Canada, and Osmium AU PTY LTD in Australia.
