The Bank operates through three wholly-owned subsidiaries: First Internet Public Finance Corp., which provides municipal finance lending and leasing products to governmental entities; JKH Realty Services, LLC, which manages other real estate owned properties; and SPF15, Inc., which owns real estate for the Bank's principal office.
First Internet Bancorp offers a comprehensive suite of commercial, small business, consumer, and municipal banking products and services. Its commercial banking division delivers relationship-based services including commercial and industrial lending, construction and investor commercial real estate lending, single tenant lease financing, public finance, specialty finance, and small business lending across the Midwest and Southwest regions, with certain products available nationwide. The company ranked as the seventh largest Small Business Administration 7(a) lender for fiscal year 2025 and offers a top-ranked small business checking account product. Consumer and small business deposits are primarily originated through digital channels on a nationwide basis, while consumer lending products are sourced through dealership relationships and financing partnerships.
