First Seacoast Bank's core business consists of accepting deposits from the general public and investing those deposits in residential real estate loans, commercial real estate loans, commercial and industrial loans, home equity products, and consumer loans. The bank maintains four full-service banking offices in Strafford County, New Hampshire and one in Rockingham County, New Hampshire, with a primary lending market area encompassing Strafford and Rockingham Counties in New Hampshire and York County in southern Maine.
