The company is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with its primary banking subsidiary, Sunflower Bank, N.A., headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Sunflower Bank was founded in 1892 and operates as both Sunflower Bank, N.A. and First National 1870, a division of Sunflower Bank, N.A. FirstSun also owns Sunflower Wealth Advisors LLC, a registered investment advisor providing discretionary investment management to retail and institutional accounts, and FEIF Capital Partners, LLC, planned to serve as an investment manager of a prospective credit fund.
As of December 31, 2025, FirstSun maintains consolidated total assets of $8.5 billion, total net loans held-for-investment of $6.6 billion, total deposits of $7.1 billion and total stockholders' equity of $1.2 billion.
