The company's largest subsidiary, First National Bank of Pennsylvania, serves as the foundation of its Community Banking segment, which operates 355 branches across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Washington D.C. and Virginia. Community Banking generates the majority of revenue through commercial banking solutions including corporate banking, treasury management, small business lending, investment real estate financing and equipment leasing, alongside consumer banking products encompassing deposit accounts, mortgage lending, consumer loans and digital banking services through its proprietary eStore platform.

F.N.B. maintains two additional reportable segments. The Wealth Management segment delivers fiduciary services, trust administration and investment products through First National Trust Company, which administers approximately $14.9 billion in trust assets under administration as of year-end 2025. The Insurance segment operates through First National Insurance Agency, providing commercial and personal insurance brokerage services, supplemented by a reinsurance subsidiary and title insurance offerings.

As of December 31, 2025, F.N.B. reported total assets of $50 billion, loans of $35 billion and deposits of $39 billion. The company employs 4,128 full-time and 154 part-time employees across its operations. The organization traces its heritage to 1864 and has grown through strategic acquisitions while maintaining a community-focused banking philosophy that balances centralized operations and risk management with local market autonomy.

F.N.B. distinguishes itself through technological innovation, including video-enabled ATMs and its universal eStore Common Application allowing customers to apply for multiple products simultaneously.
