(NASDAQ: FOXF) is a global leader in designing, engineering, manufacturing and marketing premium performance-defining products and systems for recreational and professional consumers across multiple end-markets. The company operates through three primary reportable segments: Powered Vehicles Group, Aftermarket Applications Group, and Specialty Sports Group, which generated approximately 33%, 32%, and 35% of net sales respectively in fiscal 2025.
The company's core suspension technology and products enhance ride dynamics and performance across bicycles, off-road vehicles, trucks, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, motorcycles and specialty vehicles. Fox Factory also manufactures premium baseball and softball equipment through its Marucci brand. The company owns and licenses established trademarks including FOX, FOX RACING SHOX, RACE FACE, MARZOCCHI, METHOD RACE WHEELS, MARUCCI, VICTUS, BAUM BAT, LIZARD SKINS and others that are perceived as premium brands in their respective markets.

The company generated total net sales of approximately $1.47 billion in fiscal 2025, with North American operations representing 76% of revenues and international markets comprising 24%.
The company maintains integrated manufacturing facilities across multiple locations, including operations in Gainesville, Georgia and El Cajon, California for powered vehicles and aftermarket applications, and vertically integrated wood bat manufacturing in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Recent acquisitions including Custom Wheel House, Marucci Sports and Marzocchi Suspension have expanded the company's product portfolio and geographic manufacturing footprint.
