F&M Trust functions as a full-service, Pennsylvania-chartered commercial bank and trust company with twenty-three community banking offices serving Franklin, Cumberland, Dauphin, Fulton, and Huntingdon Counties in Pennsylvania, as well as Washington County, Maryland. The bank maintains approximately $2.2 billion in total assets as of December 31, 2025, making it the largest financial institution headquartered in Franklin County, Pennsylvania.
The company's core business encompasses traditional community banking services including deposit products, commercial and consumer lending, and wealth management. The loan portfolio is heavily concentrated in real estate, with approximately eighty-five percent of loans secured by real estate collateral.
