As of December 31, 2025, Franklin Street Properties owns and operates a portfolio of 14 office properties distributed geographically across three states, with significant concentrations in Denver, Colorado (44.5% of aggregate square footage), Houston, Texas (24.8%), Minneapolis, Minnesota (15.8%), and Dallas, Texas (14.9%).
