The company generates revenue through three primary business segments: home warranty services, non-warranty home services, and new home builder warranties. Home warranty represents the largest revenue contributor, with approximately 2.1 million active home warranties as of December 31, 2025. These customizable plans protect homeowners against costly breakdowns of essential home systems and appliances, covering up to 29 different components including electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, water heaters, and major appliances. The company handles approximately 3.8 million home warranty service requests annually through a nationwide network of approximately 17,000 qualified independent professional contractor firms, with preferred contractors completing 84 percent of service requests.
