Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

To seek long-term growth of capital with current income as a secondary objective.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of mid-cap stocks with value characteristics, selected by the manager through analysis of price-to-book and price-to-earnings ratios alongside operating fundamentals such as return on equity and earnings growth. The fund may concentrate up to 25% of assets in a single industry and may invest up to 20% in foreign securities and up to 15% in illiquid securities. Because security selection depends on the manager's continuous assessment of trends and fundamentals, fund performance will diverge from any benchmark.

Cumulative return· Jul 2023 – Apr 2026

May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
