H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE: FUL) is a leading worldwide formulator, manufacturer and marketer of adhesives, sealants and other specialty chemical products. Founded in 1887 and incorporated as a Minnesota corporation in 1915, the company operates sales offices and manufacturing plants across 34 countries spanning North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific, India, the Middle East and Africa. The company maintains approximately 7,100 employees globally, including roughly 2,500 based in the United States.

H.B. Fuller's core business centers on industrial adhesives that improve customer product performance or manufacturing processes. The company serves diverse end markets including food and beverage containers, disposable diapers, medical products, windows, doors, appliances, sportswear, footwear, multi-wall bags, water filtration products, insulation, textiles, automobiles, recreational vehicles, buses, trucks, trailers, marine products, solar energy systems, electronics, and aerospace and defense industries. The company also provides construction market solutions including sealing and waterproofing products for roads, highways and bridges, pressure-sensitive adhesives and tapes for commercial roofing, and products for residential and commercial construction applications.

The company operates through three reportable segments: Hygiene, Health and Consumable Adhesives; Engineering Adhesives; and Building Adhesive Solutions. Raw materials, primarily petroleum and natural gas-based derivatives including tackifying resins, polymers, synthetic rubbers, vinyl acetate monomer and plasticizers, comprise approximately 75 percent of cost of sales. The company maintains a diverse customer base with no single customer representing more than 10 percent of consolidated net revenue.

Fuller, Swift, Advantra, Clarity, Earthic, Sesame, Foster, Rakoll, Rapidex, Full-Care, Thermonex, Silaprene, Eternabond, Cilbond, HydroArmor, Ködispace, Weld Mount, TONSAN, SecurePortIV, Surgiseal, Vibra-Tite and GLUBRAN.
