Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

The funds investment objective is to produce income and to provide an opportunity for growth of principal consistent with sound common stock investing.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests primarily in common stocks of established companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange that meet its Investment Standards—criteria originally based on a legal prudent-investor list—and that demonstrate strong earnings and dividend records. The investment adviser maintains an Eligible List of securities meeting these standards and selects investments exclusively from that list, employing multiple portfolio managers who each manage segments of the portfolio. Because investment decisions depend on the adviser's judgment about which securities represent attractive long-term opportunities, fund holdings and performance will diverge from any benchmark index.
