The company's service offerings span three primary business segments. Consumer banking provides checking and savings accounts, certificates of deposit, home equity products, residential mortgages including jumbo loans, automobile loans, student loans, and personal credit products. Commercial banking serves small- and medium-sized businesses with annual gross revenues generally below $500 million, offering commercial real estate loans, commercial and industrial loans, construction financing, equipment lease financing, and cash management services. Wealth management services include investment management, trust administration, brokerage services, insurance products, and investment advisory offerings delivered through Fulton Financial Advisors and Fulton Private Bank divisions.

As of December 31, 2025, Fulton Financial operated 204 financial center locations plus remote service facilities, supported by a workforce of approximately 3,400 employees. The company delivers services through multiple channels including traditional banking centers, automated teller machines, telephone banking, mobile applications, and online platforms.

The company's recent strategic activities include the April 2024 acquisition of substantially all assets and assumption of deposits from Republic First Bank through an FDIC-assisted transaction, and the July 2022 acquisition of Prudential Bancorp, whose subsidiary Prudential Bank was subsequently merged into Fulton Bank. In November 2025, Fulton Financial entered into a merger agreement with Blue Foundry Bancorp, with regulatory approvals obtained and closing expected in April 2026.

Fulton Financial maintains five non-bank subsidiaries focused on real estate holdings, community development investments, insurance services, and trust preferred securities. The company is regulated as a financial holding company by the Federal Reserve Board, with Fulton Bank regulated by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and subject to examination by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
