The company operates through an integrated platform combining advanced software and hardware systems designed to protect people, assets, and operations across government, enterprise, and public safety sectors.
The company's core offering is the Genasys Protect platform, a cloud-based software-as-a-service solution that provides multichannel alerting and targeted communications capabilities. Genasys Protect receives real-time information from sensors and Internet-of-Things inputs to facilitate the creation and dissemination of alerts through multiple channels including location-based SMS, cell broadcast, mobile push notifications, email, social media, television, radio, and digital displays. The platform enables zone-based emergency response planning, predictive simulation of evacuation scenarios, and secure inter-agency collaboration.
Complementing the software platform are Genasys Acoustics, advanced mass notification speaker systems featuring industry-leading speech intelligibility and coverage capabilities with solar power, battery backup, and satellite connectivity options, and LRAD by Genasys, long-range acoustic devices that project audible voice messages with exceptional clarity up to 5,000 meters in a focused beam. Genasys also operates Genasys Evertel, a Criminal Justice Information Services-compliant cross-agency collaboration platform for first responders and public safety personnel.
