Founded in 2003, the company operates globally across 65 countries and manages its business within one reportable segment while organizing products and services into two major categories: Musculoskeletal Solutions and Enabling Technologies.
The Musculoskeletal Solutions portfolio comprises implantable devices, biologics, accessories, surgical instruments, spinal cord stimulation therapy, and neuromonitoring services used across spinal, orthopedic, and neurosurgical procedures. This segment includes comprehensive spine products addressing degenerative conditions, deformity, tumors, and trauma; orthopedic trauma solutions spanning limb reconstruction, fracture plating, and intramedullary nailing anchored by the PRECICE limb reconstruction platform; hip and knee arthroplasty systems; and the HFX spinal cord stimulation platform acquired through the Nevro merger for chronic pain treatment. During 2025, Globus launched nine new products and completed the acquisition of Nevro Corp, a leader in spinal cord stimulation technology.
