Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The Funds investment objective is long-term growth of capital.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests in small-capitalization equity securities that the adviser believes trade at a significant discount to intrinsic value, focusing on established companies with solid growth prospects and intelligent capital allocation. The portfolio is constructed to offer greater value content than the broad market, measured by its aggregate discount to estimated intrinsic value, rather than to mirror any benchmark. The fund may hold up to 25% in foreign securities including emerging markets, and up to 15% in REITs. Because security selections depend on the portfolio managers' estimates of intrinsic value, which are subjective and may prove incorrect, the fund's performance will diverge from its benchmark.

The outer band is exposure held short — written against the portfolio rather than part of it, which is why it sits outside the ring and why the two are never netted into one figure.
