Graham Corporation (NYSE: GHM) is a global leader in the design and manufacture of mission-critical fluid, power, heat transfer, vacuum, and advanced mixing technologies serving the Defense, Energy & Process, and Space industries. The company maintains its corporate headquarters and primary production facilities in Batavia, New York, with wholly-owned subsidiaries located in Arvada, Colorado; Greenville, South Carolina; Jupiter, Florida; and Louisville, Colorado. Graham also operates sales and engineering offices in Houston, Texas; Suzhou, China; and Ahmedabad and Pune, India. The company website is www.grahamcorp.com.

Graham's product portfolio spans multiple critical applications across its three primary markets. For Defense, the company supplies power plant systems, torpedo ejection and propulsion systems, thermal management systems, and advanced mixing solutions. The Energy & Process segment includes heat transfer and vacuum systems, power generation equipment, thermal management systems, and advanced mixing technologies serving oil refining, petrochemical, hydrogen production, and alternative energy applications. The Space segment provides rocket propulsion systems, cooling systems, life support systems, and advanced mixing solutions for commercial and government space programs.

As of March 31, 2026, Graham employed 732 people globally. The company serves a diverse customer base including tier-one and tier-two defense contractors, major refineries, petrochemical plants, engineering procurement contractors, and original equipment manufacturers. Notable customers include Boeing, SpaceX, NASA, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, and ExxonMobil, among others. Defense sales represented approximately 60 percent of total revenue in fiscal 2026, while Energy & Process accounted for approximately 34 percent.

Graham operates under three primary brand names: Graham, Barber-Nichols, and FlackTek. The company recently completed strategic acquisitions including Xdot Bearing Technologies in October 2025 and FlackTek Manufacturing in January 2026, expanding capabilities in foil bearing technology and advanced mixing systems. Graham's competitive strengths include its value-enhancing engineering sales platform, capabilities for managing complex custom orders, responsive production environment, outsourced manufacturing expertise, robust technical support, highly trained workforce, and precision manufacturing capabilities. The company maintains a funded and unfunded backlog of $532.6 million as of March 31, 2026.
