The company maintains its corporate website at www.greatelmgroup.com.
GEG's core business centers on investment management services delivered through wholly-owned subsidiaries. Great Elm Capital Management, LLC serves as a registered investment adviser providing management services to Great Elm Capital Corp., a publicly-traded business development company, along with other private funds. Monomoy CRE, LLC manages Monomoy UpREIT, the operating partnership of a private real estate investment trust specializing in net-leased industrial outdoor storage assets, particularly Class B and C warehouse, distribution, and light manufacturing properties. Combined assets under management across these entities totaled approximately $770.6 million as of June 30, 2026.
The company generates revenue through investment management agreements that provide for management fees, property management fees, incentive fees, and administration fees based on assets under management, rent collected, investment performance, and allocable expenses.
