Gulfport Energy Corporation (NYSE: GPOR) is an independent natural gas-weighted exploration and production company headquartered in Oklahoma City with operations focused on developing significant resource plays in the Appalachian and Anadarko basins. The company's website is www.gulfportenergy.com.
The company's principal operations target the Utica and Marcellus formations in eastern Ohio and the SCOOP Woodford and Springer formations in central Oklahoma. As of December 31, 2025, Gulfport held 4.3 trillion cubic feet equivalent of proved reserves with a standardized measure of $3.4 billion. The Utica and Marcellus operations accounted for approximately 81 percent of total production during 2025, while SCOOP represented 19 percent. The company operates approximately 223,000 net reservoir acres in the Utica and Marcellus combined and approximately 74,000 net reservoir acres in the SCOOP, comprising roughly 44,000 acres in the Woodford formation and 30,000 acres in the Springer formation.
