The company's principal subsidiary, Hanover Community Bank, is a New York-chartered commercial bank that serves customers across Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Kings, and New York counties in New York, as well as Monmouth County in New Jersey through a network of full-service branches and business banking centers.
The bank maintains total assets of $2.38 billion, total loans of $2.00 billion, and total deposits of $2.03 billion as of December 31, 2025. The company employs 194 full-time employees and operates with a focus on highly personalized service and efficient operations responsive to local community needs.
