The company provides a comprehensive marketplace where insurance carriers can list stop-loss policy options for self-funded benefits plans, enabling licensed brokers to access the platform, upload employer information, obtain bindable quotes, and sell policies to businesses. HIT's core offering centers on making self-funded benefits plans and stop-loss insurance accessible to small and mid-sized employers through its proprietary technology platforms.

Health in Tech operates through three wholly-owned subsidiaries that collectively comprise its service offerings. Stone Mountain Risk, LLC (SMR) specializes in customized self-funded benefits plan design, vendor selection, and network management, contributing 79.4% of total revenue. International Captive Exchange, LLC (ICE) functions as a Managing General Underwriter, providing underwriting and administrative services through its Enhanced Do It Yourself Benefits System (eDIYBS) platform, which accounts for 20.6% of revenue.
