Heritage Bank, established in 1927 and headquartered in Olympia, Washington, conducts retail and commercial banking operations across Washington State, the greater Portland and Eugene areas of Oregon, and Boise, Idaho. The bank also operates under the Whidbey Island Bank name on Whidbey Island, Washington. In January 2026, Heritage completed its acquisition of Olympic Bancorp, Inc. and its subsidiary Kitsap Bank, adding sixteen branch offices operating under the Kitsap Bank division name.
The company's business consists primarily of commercial lending and deposit relationships with small and medium-sized businesses and their owners.
