The company's primary business focus centers on accumulating and deploying HYPE tokens as part of a broader decentralized finance monetization roadmap. Hyperliquid is a Layer 1 blockchain engineered for high-frequency transparent finance, hosting fully on-chain perpetual futures and spot order books with transaction settlement occurring within 70 millisecond block times and supporting up to 200,000 transactions per second. As of February 2026, Hyperliquid generates approximately one billion dollars in annual fees and ranks eleventh by market capitalization among digital assets excluding stablecoins.
Hyperion DeFi's digital assets strategy extends beyond simple token accumulation. The company operates a co-branded validator called Kinetiq x Hyperion on the Hyperliquid network in partnership with Kinetiq Research and Pier Two, participating directly in network consensus and earning staking rewards.
