What IN8BIO, INC. does

In the company’s own words

IN8bio, Inc. (Nasdaq: INEIGHTBIO) is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing, and commercializing gamma-delta T cell therapies and gamma-delta T cell engagers for cancer and autoimmune diseases. The company's website is www.in8bio.com.

The company operates through its proprietary DeltEx platform, which combines deep expertise in gamma-delta T cell biology with proprietary genetic engineering and cell-type-specific manufacturing capabilities. Gamma-delta T cells are specialized immune cells that bridge innate and adaptive immunity, possessing the ability to recognize and kill diseased tissue while distinguishing it from healthy cells. IN8bio's approach leverages ex vivo expansion and activation of gamma-delta T cells using allogeneic, autologous, induced pluripotent stem cell, and genetically modified approaches.

The company's clinical pipeline includes several key programs. INB-100 is an allogeneic DeltEx product candidate in Phase 1 development for high-risk leukemias in patients undergoing haploidentical stem cell transplantation, with an expansion cohort currently underway. INB-200 and INB-400 represent the company's DeltEx Drug Resistant Immunotherapy program for newly diagnosed glioblastoma, with INB-200 being an investigator-sponsored Phase 1 trial and INB-400 being a company-sponsored Phase 2 trial. Most recently, the company introduced INB-600, its proprietary gamma-delta T cell engager platform, with INB-619 being a CD19-targeted candidate for potential autoimmune applications. The company also maintains preclinical programs including INB-300, a non-signaling CAR construct, and INB-500, focused on generating gamma-delta T cells from induced pluripotent stem cells.

IN8bio's mission, referred to as Cancer Zero, aims to safely eliminate all cancer cells in every patient battling the disease. The company believes its gamma-delta T cell approach addresses limitations of existing cell therapies by combining the memory and persistence features of adaptive immunity with the recognition and safety features of innate immunity. As of December 31, 2025, the company had cash reserves of $27.1 million and approximately 9.8 million shares outstanding following a one-for-30 reverse stock split effective June 5, 2025.
