As of December 31, 2025, ILPT's portfolio comprises 409 properties containing approximately 59.6 million rentable square feet located across 39 states. The portfolio achieves 94.5% occupancy and generates annualized rental revenues distributed across mainland and Hawaii properties. Mainland properties represent 72.2% of annualized rental revenues across 38 contiguous states, while Hawaii properties, primarily on the island of Oahu, represent 27.8% of revenues.
