What Inmune Bio, Inc. does

In the company’s own words

INmune Bio Inc. (Nasdaq Capital Market) is a clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to developing and commercializing product candidates designed to reprogram the innate immune system to address diseases where chronic inflammation and immune dysfunction are primary drivers of pathology. The company's website is www.inmunebio.com.

The company operates three primary therapeutic platforms. CORDStrom, its lead program, is a proprietary pooled human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stromal cell platform in development for treating Recessive Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa (RDEB), a devastating pediatric orphan disease characterized by severe skin blistering, chronic non-healing wounds, and progression to fatal squamous cell carcinoma. CORDStrom recently completed a pivotal blinded randomized cross-over trial and the company is preparing regulatory submissions, with plans to file a Marketing Authorization Application in the United Kingdom in July 2026 and with the European Union in September 2026, followed by a Biologics License Application with the FDA targeted for December 2026. The FDA granted Rare Pediatric Disease Designation in December 2024 and Orphan Drug Designation in January 2025.

XPro1595 is a next-generation protein therapeutic targeting neuroinflammation by selectively neutralizing soluble TNF, with development focused on Alzheimer's Disease. The program completed Phase I and Phase II clinical trials across sites in the United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, and Canada. Phase II results showed the drug did not meet primary endpoints in the overall population but demonstrated promising signals in a biomarker-enriched subgroup of patients with both amyloid positivity and higher inflammation burden.

INKmune is a novel natural killer cell-priming platform designed to harness patients' own innate immune systems to eliminate cancer cells. The company is nearing completion of an open-label Phase II trial for metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer. Due to capital constraints, the company does not currently intend to advance INKmune further into development independently.

INmune Bio is classified as a smaller reporting company and is not a well-known seasoned issuer. The company has thirteen issued patents and twenty-seven pending patent applications covering its therapeutic platforms.
