The company manufactures and sells medical technologies and products across two reportable business segments: Codman Specialty Surgical (CSS), which represents approximately 70 percent of total revenue, and Tissue Technologies (TT), which generates about 30 percent of overall revenue. The CSS segment consists of market-leading technologies and instrumentation used across neurosurgery, neurocritical care, and otolaryngology (ear, nose, and throat).
